PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve inconvenience that, when radiographing using radiographic equipment for doctors round visit, an operator situated near a subject on a bed, disposes an X-ray receptor section and an X-ray tube in appropriate positions in each case of radiographing and, after adjusting an irradiation field by a movable diaphragm, moves an X-ray control panel mounted on a cart and a hand switch to operable positions, while a patients room seldom has a sufficient space, and the operator often moves in a narrow space.SOLUTION: When executing the radiography, the operator 9 situated near the subject 6 on the bed 8, inserts and disposes the X-ray receptor section 7 between the subject 6 and the bed 8, disposes the X-ray tube 4 at a position suited to the radiography, operates the movable diaphragm 5 attached to the X-ray tube 4 to adjust the irradiation field, then sets radiographing conditions and commands the X-ray exposure from an X-ray control panel 11 mounted on a panel face of the movable diaphragm 5 in the position near the subject.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】回診用X線撮影装置によるX線撮影を行うとき、操作者は撮影の都度ベッド上の被検者の近傍でX線受光部およびX線管を適当な位置に配置し、可動絞りにより照射野を調整した後、台車に取り付けられたX線制御パネルおよびハンドスイッチを操作できる位置まで移動しなければならないが、病室に十分なスペースがあることは少ないので操作者はしばしば狭いスペースの中を移動しなければならないという不都合がある。【解決手段】X線撮影を行うとき操作者9はベッド8上の被検者6の近傍に位置して、被検者6とベッド8の間にX線受光部7を挿入配置した後、X線管4を撮影に適した位置に配置し、X線管4に取り付けられた可動絞り5を操作して照射野の調整を行った後、そのままの位置で可動絞り5のパネル面に取り付けられたX線制御パネル11により撮影条件の設定およびX線曝射指示を行う。【選択図】 図1
