Disclosed is an injection segment of a soft gelatin capsule preparation machine. The injection segment according to an embodiment of the present invention, arranged to adjoin outer circumferential portions of a pair of die rolls arranged in the soft gelatin capsule preparation machine, includes a wedge segment. The wedge segment includes: a flat portion forming a plurality of pairs of injection holes, being symmetric with respect to a virtual central line in parallel with a long side, equidistantly on one surface； and a wedge portion having a wedge shape extended from the other side of the flat portion in one body type, having adhesive surfaces adjacent to the outer circumferential portions of the die rolls, forming a plurality of internal channels having one ends communicating with one pair of injection holes and having a plurality of discharge holes communicating with the other ends of the internal channels respectively in an upper side penetration type.
