Provided are a Panax spp. plant extract including 90% or more of Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 with respect to a weight of ginsenoside Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 obtainable by irradiating microwaves to a Panax spp. plant or an extract thereof, a method of preparing the Panax spp. plant extract, and a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food composition for improving one of the side effects of anticancer drugs such as declining immunity and developing a anticancer drugs resistance, improving antioxidation, anticancer, anti-inflammation, brain function or cognitive function, vasodilation inhibition of platelet aggregation, improving dermatitis, or improving psoriasis.Linvention concerne un extrait de ginseng (Panax spp.) comprenant au moins 90% de Rg3, Rk1 et Rg5 par rapport à un poids des ginsénosides Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rg3, Rk1 et Rg5 pouvant être obtenus par irradiation par micro-ondes sur un ginseng (Panax spp.) ou sur un extrait de celui-ci, un procédé de préparation de lextrait de ginseng (Panax spp.), et une composition pharmaceutique et une composition daliments fonctionnels santé permettant déliminer lun des effets secondaires de médicaments anticancéreux tels que la baisse dimmunité et le développement dune résistance aux médicaments anticancéreux, de renforcer leffet antioxydant, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatoire, daméliorer la fonction cérébrale ou la fonction cognitive, daugmenter la vasodilatation et davoir un effet sur linhibition de lagrégation plaquettaire, et de traiter la dermatite ou le psoriasis.
