PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back side spray for enabling accurate spray injection of medical agent or the like to a back of the user in order to solve the problem of a conventional spray or sprayer for using the medical agent with visual operation onto a front side of the users body, the problem including difficulty in spraying or injection by the sprayer to the back of the user as the users hand cannot reach or the user cannot directly see the back.SOLUTION: A back side spray includes: a fixing handle a spray grip contained therein an angle adjusting unit for connecting a U-shape square pole A jointed to the fixing handle and a U-shape square pole B, and flexibly adjusting an angle therebetween and an angle adjusting unit for connecting the U-shape square pole B and a U-shape square pole C and flexibly adjusting an angle therebetween.
