An anti-fracture sheath comprises a sheath body and an expansion section for accommodating an implantable device； the distal side of the sheath body is jointed with the expansion section, at least two reinforcing ribs are axially disposed in the sheath wall of the expansion section, and the proximal ends of the reinforcing ribs stretch out of the expansion section and are fixedly connected into the wall of the sheath body； the reinforcing ribs are made of Kevlar fiber and have a diameter of 0.03-0.12mm, and the number of the reinforcing ribs ranges from 2 to 4.
