PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter which allows a beverage to be carried in a state in which a container can be put out/in from an operation seat with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The sulky rice transplanter includes: an operation seat 32 arranged in a rear part of a travel vehicle body a steering handle 33 arranged on a front side of the operation seat 32 and a preliminary seedling storage device 20 arranged on a lateral side in a front part of the travel vehicle body. The preliminary seedling storage device 20 includes: a support rod 21 in a vehicle body vertical direction and seedling trays 22 supported by the support rod 21 in a state protruding from the support rod 21 on a vehicle body lateral outer side and arranged in vertical plural stages.
