Oral compositions are provided that comprise a propolis extract； an oral care active compound chosen from: a cationic antibacterial agent, an anti- attach mentagent, a biofilm disruption agent, and an anti-inflammatory agent； and a source of fluoride ions. Further, in certain embodiments, the oral composition comprises an anionic polymeric linear polycarboxylate. The oral composition can be in a form of a mouth rinse, a dentifrice, a confectionary, a medicament, or a film.
