The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, gel, water soluble liquid, essence, O/W type and W/O type base cosmetic formulation, or makeup cosmetic formulation.본 발명은 참바늘버섯 균사체 추출물을 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 참바늘버섯 균사체를 발효시켜 수득한 여과액을 0.001 ~ 90.0중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성산소 소거효과, 주름개선효과, 콜라겐 합성 촉진, 미백효과, 피부자극 완화, 여드름 방지효과, 아토피 개선 및 항염증의 효과, 모발손상 방지효과, 탈모방지 및 육모 효과가 우수한 기능성 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
