The system (100) is used to control at least one movement of a motorised component of radiological equipment (1000) and comprises a device (110) with a control lever (114) having a first end constrained to a base (112) so as to allow at least the inclination thereof with respect to the base (112) and being adapted to be manoeuvred by an operator gripping a handle thereof with a hand; a first electric sensor (116) and a second electric sensor (118) are associated with the grip of the control lever (114); the first electric sensor (116) is located at a first point (117) of the grip of the control lever (114) and is adapted to detect the presence of at least one finger of the hand at the first point (117); the second electric sensor (118) is located at a second point (119) of the handle of the control lever (114) and is adapted to detect the presence of at least one finger of the hand at the second point (119); at least one other electric sensor (113A, 113B) is associated with the base (112) and is adapted to detect the positioning of the control lever (114), in particular the degree of inclination and possibly the inclination direction, with respect to said base (112). The system (100) further comprises an electronic unit (120) electrically connected (140) to the electric sensors (113A, 113B, 116, 118) and adapted to cause the movement as a function of the positioning of the control lever (114) only if the first electric sensor (116) is detecting a presence and/or only if the second electric sensor (118) is detecting a presence.
