PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single bar knee-ankle-foot orthosis in which the support parts to support respectively a thigh posterior surface, a knee lower front surface, and a lower leg posterior surface are structured by a lightweight reinforced thermoplastic material to thereby facilitate the manufacturing, the employment of the single-bar type is made possible by the weight saving and the reinforcement of each support part, the employment of the single-bar type also facilitates the handling of the orthosis such as attaching and detaching the orthosis, in addition, the employment of the single-bar type allows a patient to wear the orthosis without worrying about the width dimension of a lower limb, making it possible to share the orthosis among unspecified users.SOLUTION: In a single bar knee-ankle-foot orthosis: a thigh posterior surface support part 2, a knee lower front surface support part 3, and a lower leg posterior surface support part 4 are structured by a lightweight reinforced thermoplastic material the knee lower front surface support part 3 and the lower leg posterior surface support part 4 are integrated with each other the thigh posterior surface support part 2 and the knee lower front surface support part 3 are connected in a vertical direction by a single bar 6 and a foot connector 62b of a stirrup part 5 is rotatably connected to a lower end side of the single bar 6.
