The present application provides a method for breeding Brassica napus by means of a rape doubled haploid inducer line, comprising: 1) determining target traits of restorer line, maintainer line, and conventional variety breeding of Brassica napus； 2) performing crossing or convergent crossing on two or more Brassica napus plants having the target traits； 3) pollinating cross or backcross progenies by means of the rape doubled haploid inducer line； 4) identifying the stability of induced progenies； 5) performing testcross identification or yield and resistance identification on stable progenies； and 6) forming a stable restorer line and a stable maintainer line to enter crossbreeding combination, or forming a conventional variety.
