PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering cooking oil by which disposal work of recovered oil is rapidly performed, and working environment or the like is preferably held.SOLUTION: In the apparatus for recovering cooking oil, an oil draining basket 11 rotatably driven is provided in a tank 2, a discharge hole 7 for recovered oil is provided in the bottom 6 of the tank 2, and an oil receiving cup is removably disposed under the discharge hole 7.
