PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composition intended for treatment and prevention of inflammatory disorders, particularly dermatological pathologies.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a bacterium is a nonpathogenic Gram-negative bacterium isolated from groundwater, belonging to the class of Betaproteobacteria, subfamily of Neisseriaceae. Here, the nucleotide sequence of the 16S rRNA gene of the bacterium includes a specific sequence. The bacterium includes at least one plasmid, which is non-linear.
