The present invention provides a jig integrated type bracket for orthodontic treatment to which a jig is coupled, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the jig enables lingual orthodontic as well as labial treatment with the bracket corresponding to a tooth shape different from each patient. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the jig integrated type bracket comprises: the jig having one side inner surface which is in contact with a labial surface or a lingual surface of the tooth to be orthodontic, having the other side inner surface which is in contact with the lingual surface when the one side inner surface is in contact with the labial surface of the tooth to be orthodontic or is in contact with the labial surface when the one side inner surface is in contact with the lingual surface of the tooth to be orthodontic, and having a jig body composing a body, a tooth lingual contact surface and a tooth labial contact surface； and the bracket formed on a lower part of the jig, in contact with the labial surface of the lingual surface of the tooth, and having a slot into which a bracket body composing the body and an orthodontic wire or an orthodontic elastic band are inserted.본 발명의 일 실시예는 일측 내측면이 교정 대상 치아의 순측면 또는 설측면에 접하고, 타측 내측면은 상기 일측 내측면이 교정 대상 치아의 순측면에 접하는 경우에는 설측면에, 상기 일측 내측면이 교정 대상 치아의 설측면에 접하는 경우에는 순측면에 접하도록 형성되며, 몸체를 이루는 지그 바디, 치아 설측 접촉면 및 치아 순측 접촉면을 갖는 지그； 및 상기 지그의 하부에 형성되고, 치아의 순측면 또는 설측면에 접하며, 몸체를 이루는 브라켓 바디 및 교정용 와이어 또는 교정용 탄성밴드가 삽입되는 슬롯을 갖는 브라켓을 포함하는 치아 교정용 지그 일체형 브라켓을 제공한다.
