A virtual reality rehabilitation training system is disclosed. The system includes a computer, a virtual reality display device, a virtual reality control device, a first positioning device and at least one second positioning device. The computer saves a plurality of rehabilitation training module and displays a plurality of operational scenario by the virtual reality display device. The virtual reality control device is provided for the user to control and conduct the plurality of rehabilitation training module. The first positioning device senses the action of the rehabilitation part to generate rehabilitation movement information. The at least one second positioning device senses the action of the other part to generate auxiliary movement information. The computer judges whether the rehabilitation movement is a replacement movement according to the auxiliary movement information.本發明揭露一種虛擬實境復健訓練系統,其包含電腦主機、虛擬實境顯示裝置、虛擬實境控制裝置、第一移動定位裝置及至少一第二移動定位裝置。電腦主機儲存之複數個復健訓練模組,由虛擬實境顯示裝置顯示複數個操作場景。虛擬實境控制裝置供使用者控制並執行複數個複健訓練模組。第一移動定位裝置感測複健部位之作動,產生復健位移資訊,至少一第二移動定位裝置感測不同部位之作動,產生輔助位移資訊。電腦主機依據輔助位移資訊判斷復健動作是否屬於代償動作。
