An outlet for discharging a liquid medicine by opening and closing a lid is coupled with an opening part formed in an upper part of the medicine container in which accommodating spaces for the liquid medicine are partitioned. The cap assembly comprises: a cap body coupled with an opening part of the medicine container and having an outlet formed in the upper center thereof and three or more balls mounted on the circumference of the outlet of the cap body covered by the lid to further protrude than the top end part of the outlet. According to the present invention, a medicine discharged through the outlet by means of the balls mounted on an upper part of the cap body may be softly spread on an affected part while reducing pain, thereby ensuring hygiene.
