Disclosed are a medical apparatus for performing radiotherapy and hyperthermia and a method for curing a lesion of a subject to be tested using the same. The medical apparatus for performing radiotherapy and hyperthermia according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bed on which a subject to be tested is positioned； a driver to drive the bed； a curing device to cure a lesion of a subject to be tested； and an ultrasonic transducer to increase curing efficiency of the lesion. The ultrasonic transducer includes a portion which is operatively and detachably coupled to an infrared curing device. The ultrasonic transducer may be separated from the curing device. A monitoring device for monitoring a state of a cured lesion using the curing device may be included.방사선 및 온열 요법을 병행할 수 있는 의료장치와 이를 이용한 피검체의 환부 치료방법에 관해 개시되어 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 방사선 및 온열 요법을 병행할 수 있는 의료장치는 피검체가 놓이는 베드, 상기 베드를 구동시키는 구동부, 상기 피검체의 환부를 치료하기 위한 치료장치 및 상기 환부의 치료 효율을 높이는데 사용되는 초음파 트랜스듀서를 포함한다. 상기 초음파 트랜스듀서는 상기 방사선 치료장치에 가동 결합될 수 있고, 탈착 가능하도록 결합된 부분을 포함한다. 상기 초음파 트랜스듀서는 상기 치료장치와 분리되어 구비될 수 있다. 상기 치료장치를 이용하여 치료한 환부의 상태를 모니터링하기 위한 모니터링 장치가 더 구비될 수 있다.
