An applicator for dispensing materials through a water jet device comprising adispensing member having an inner cavity therein, the dispensing membercomprises a plurality of openings thereover for allowing water and dispensingmaterials to enter and exit the cavity； and a cover covering the dispensingmemberin such a manner that it forms a space between the cover and the dispensingmember in the area of the openings of the dispensing member for containing adispensing material therein. The applicator is configured for connecting tothewater jet device such as to have water jet thereof directed through the cavityof thedispensing member and for dispensing allotted portions of the dispensingmaterialsinto the water jet through the openings of the dispensing member. Theapplicator isalso configured for removably connecting to the water jet device for replacingand/or refilling thereof.
