PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe vegetable calcium preparation excellent in absorption, preventing constipation, being effective and also having a good taste. SOLUTION: This vegetable calcium preparation comprises 10-90 wt.% fine particles of seed skin of Sesamum indicum having≤40μm particle diameter, and 90-10 wt.% second fine particles of at least 1 kind selected from dried vegetable particles and dried sea algae particle having≤40μm particle diameter, wherein the second fine particles is at least one kind of the dried vegetable powder selected from a group consisting of Medicago sativa, parsley, Brassica oleracea italica, spinach, olive leaves, barley leaves, collard, beet leaves and green tea leaves.
