A chewing gum composition comprising cannabinoids or derivatives thereof and nicotine in the form of nicotine polacrilex is provided. The chewing gum composition is formulated to provide rapid and controlled release of cannabinoids and nicotine during chewing. Use of cannabinoids and nicotine to manufacture chewing gum compositions according to this invention to treat or alleviate tobacco and/or cannabis smoking cessation is also provided.L'invention concerne une composition de gomme à mâcher comprenant des cannabinoïdes ou des dérivés de ces derniers, et de la nicotine sous la forme de pollacrilex de nicotine.
