FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for correction of A23525T mutation of FTO gene and for evaluation and monitoring of efficiency of complex of health-improving measures in women with excessive body weight with drug-free methods of weight reduction. For 12–15 days, one does not eat completely. Water is consumed in amount of 1.5–2.0 liters a day. Sleep and rest mode is observed. Daily cleansing enema or hydrocolonotherapy is taken 2–3 times a week. Gradual walking is performed with constant increase of distance from 3 to 6 km a day.
