According to the present invention, a carbonated water manufacturing apparatus comprises: a fastening part to which a container is fastened to be separable； a cylinder storing carbon dioxide； a nozzle module injecting carbon dioxide into the container； a control member controlling the supply of carbon dioxide； a first valve which is arranged on a water supply pipe to supply water to the container and controls the supply of water； a second valve which is arranged on a pressure control pipe to move air in the container and controls the pressure of the container； a user interface part receiving a carbonated water manufacture command and the concentration of carbonated water, and outputting information about the manufacture of carbonated water； and a control part which controls the first valve to supply water if the carbonated water manufacture command is inputted, controls the control member to inject carbon dioxide, on the basis of information about injection of carbon dioxide corresponding to the concentration of carbonated water, if the water supply is completed, and controls the second valve to control the pressure of the container if the injection of carbon dioxide is completed. According to the present invention, in the case of fastening a container to the carbonated water manufacturing apparatus, a user can select the concentration of carbonated water, carbonated water-manufacturing/stopping functions, and a carbonic acid-adding function in order to manufacture user-customized carbonated water.
