The invention relates to a method for filling a cartridge (16) with a flowable component (28), the method comprising the steps of: - providing a cartridge (16) with a cartridge chamber (18), the cartridge having a piston (20) arranged in the cartridge chamber, the cartridge chamber and the piston defining a storage volume (30), the piston having a through-hole (22), - arranging a filling nozzle (14) at the through-hole and - filling the cartridge (16) by dispensing the flowable component (28) through the through-hole (22) of the piston (20) into the storage volume (30). The invention further relates to a system suitable for executing the method.L'invention concerne un procédé pour remplir une cartouche (16) avec un constituant pouvant s'écouler (28), lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant : - à disposer une cartouche (16) avec une chambre de cartouche (18), la cartouche ayant un piston disposé dans la chambre de cartouche (10), la chambre de cartouche et le piston définissant un volume de stockage (30), le piston ayant un trou traversant (22), - à disposer une buse de remplissage (14) au niveau du trou traversant et remplir la cartouche (16) par la distribution du consituant pouvant s'écouler (28) par l'intermédiaire du trou traversant (22) du piston (20) dans le volume de stockage (30). L'invention concerne également un système apte à exécuter le procédé.
