This invention relates to a steering control device of an endoscope, comprising a base plate, a lower cover fixedly disposed on the lower surface of the base plate, a spindle having a disk body and a rod body, a gasket, and a lower rotary disk, a spacing member, and a upper rotary disk respectively having a disk body, a column body, and a through hole. The disk body of the spindle is disposed between the lower cover and the base plate and fixed to the lower cover. The disk body of the lower rotary disk is stacked on the disk body of the spindle. The gasket is disposed between the disk body of the lower rotary disk and the base plate. The rod body of the spindle and the column body of the lower rotary disk penetrate through the base plate and the rod body of the spindle is disposed to the through hole of the lower rotary disk. The disk body of the spacing member is fixed on the upper surface of the base plate. The disk body of the upper rotary disk is stacked on the disk body of the spacing member. The column body of the lower rotary disk is disposed to the through hole of the spacing member. The column body of the spacing member is disposed to the through hole of the upper rotary body.
