The present invention relates to a plant cultivation apparatus (10) for producing plant having a high content of ginsenoids, the plant cultivation apparatus (10) including: a guide rail (11) disposed above a cultivation bed (20) along the length direction of the cultivation bed (20); a movable unit (12) coupled to the guide rail (11) and configured to move on the guide rail (11); an arm unit (13), one end of which is coupled to the movable unit (12), and the other end of which is telescopically extendable from the movable unit (12) toward a cultivation space (21) above the cultivation bed (20); and a UV irradiation unit (14) coupled to the other end of the arm unit (13) and configured to irradiate UV light in the wide direction of the cultivation bed (20) for a specific period during the cultivation or harvesting of plant.
