In one embodiment, the article may include an elasticized front chassis region and an elasticized front waistband region, a rear region, a crotch region, and an absorber disposed at least partially within the crotch region. The front chassis and front waistband regions can include a plurality of elastomeric strands disposed between the first material and the materials, joined together by a plurality of discrete bonds, at least some of which capture the strands.
