PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper having a good appearance in the vicinity of a fused portion, improved visual visibility of a side seal portion, and less troublesome removal work of the diaper. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 of the present invention uses a colored non-woven fabric sheet as a constituent sheet constituting an exterior body 5. Each side seal portion S has a continuous linear fusion portion 70 extending in the vertical direction, and does not project outward of the diaper 1 when worn. In the fused portion 70, the dye of the colored non-woven fabric sheet constituting the exterior body 5 is condensed. The color of the fused portion 70 is similar to the ground color of the front body F and the back body R, and is darker than the ground color.
