PURPOSE: A backbone massage device is provided to make a massage unit approach the backbone of a patient when the patient lies on a bed. CONSTITUTION: A backbone massage device comprises: a frame(800)； and a moving member(10) which moves in a longitudinal direction. The moving member is installed to a horizontal rail member of the frame, is connected to a belt connected through two pulleys, and moves along a horizontal rail member in a longitudinal direction. A motor is installed to the frame through a bracket.
