PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus for soil with a powdery or a granular material without a fear of scattering the powdery or granular material and adversely affecting the working environment when nursery soil is mixed with the powdery or granular material such as a bed soil regulator or a fertilizer. SOLUTION: The mixing apparatus is obtained by installing a premixing apparatus 10 on the downstream side of a feeder for the powdery or the granular material on a conveyor belt 2. The premixing apparatus 10 comprises spiral round bars 12 with the direction intersecting the transporting direction of the conveyor belt 2 at right angles as a shaft center and the spiral directions of the spiral round bars 12 are in the opposite directions with the central part as a border.
