The present invention relates to a hemostatic device for a kidney biopsy, which comprises: a pressurization unit composed of a woven support having the length spanning from a chest to a navel of a patient, and being able to be stretched while covering up the external surface of the chest framework units installed on the upper and lower ends, and both sides of the woven support having the length spanning from a chest to a navel of a patient to make the woven support keep covering up the chest and a hemostatic unit having a band installed on the framework unit installed perpendicular to the external surface of the woven support to make the external surface of the pressurization unit tightened, and a hemostatic pad pressurizing the external surface of a puncture site of the chest produced by collection of a kidney tissue in tightening of the band. Therefore, a site of the chest where a kidney tissue was collected can be prevented from bleeding by means of cushion force of the hemostatic pad, and is pressurized until bleeding stops, and pressurization on the chest is safely maintained.환자의 가슴에서 배꼽에 이르는 길이로 되어 흉부의 외면를 감싸되 신축되는 직조대로 이루어진 가압부와, 환자의 가슴에서 배꼽에 이르는 길이로 되는 상기 직조대의 상, 하단과 양측면위치에 설치되어 직조대가 흉부를 감싸는 형태를 유지하도록 하는 골조부, 상기 직조대의 외측면에 수직하게 설치된 골조부에 설치되어 상기 가압부의 외면을 조임되게 하는 밴드와, 밴드의 조임 시 신장조직 채취에 의한 흉부의 천자부위 외면을 가압하는 지혈패드가 구비된 지혈부를 포함하는 구성으로 되어 신장조직을 채취한 흉부의 위치에서 혈액이 나오는 것을 지혈패드의 쿠션력으로 차단함과 동시에 지혈될 때까지 가압되게 하며, 가압하는 상태가 흉부에서 안정되게 유지되도록 한다.
