PURPOSE: A regenerative fomentation device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve assembly and durability of the fomentation device. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a regenerative fomentation device is as follows. A warmth keeping material is spread in an outer groove inside a low mold. On the upper part of the warmth keeping material, a heater(44), a bimetal(45), a lamp(43), and a plug receptacle(42) are arranged. A second warmth keeping material is placed on the heater, bimetal, lamp, and plug receptacle and is burned. A warmth keeping material is added to the upper part of the burned heater and is burned secondly.본 발명은 다수의 부품을 조립하여 형성된 가열장치가 아닌, 구조적으로 일체형의 가열장치를 가진 축열식 찜질기에 관한 것이다. 특히, 직접적으로 온도를 발생시키는 가열장치를 구성함에 있어서, 내부에 내장되는 히터, 바이메탈, 램프 및 콘센트를 별도의 저장공간이나 구조물로서 위치 확보하는 방식이 아니고, 먼저 보온재의 내부에 침투시키고, 보온재를 경화시켜 완벽하게 일체형의 가열장치를 형성시키는 방법으로 제작하기에, 찜질기의 내구성은 물론 조립성과 생산성의 향상을 가져온 일체형 가열장치를 갖는 축열식 찜질기에 관한 것이다.
