The container module ecocycle aquaculture system comprises a total of three units namely, a culture unit (1), a biological filtration unit (3) and a physical filtration unit (3). The water level of the culture unit (1) is maintained at a level higher than the water level of the physical filtration unit (3). It further comprises a first longitudinal water pipe (4) which connects the bottom part of the culture unit (1) and the bottom part of the physical filtration unit (3) water inside the culture unit (1) is automatically diverted to the physical filtration unit (3) through the first longitudinal water pipe (4) according to the working principle of communicating vessels wherein liquid balances out to the same level in all the vessels which are interconnected at the bottom a second longitudinal water pipe (5) which connects the upper part of the physical filtration unit (1) and the upper part of the biological filtration unit (2). Water inside the physical filtration unit (3) overflows to the biological filtration unit (2) through the second longitudinal water pipe (5) the bottom part of the third vertical water pipe (6) connects the bottom part of the biological filtration unit (2), while the top part of the third vertical water pipe (6) connects the upper part of the culture unit (1). Water inside the biological filtration unit (2) is automatically diverted to the third vertical water pipe (6) according to the working principle of communicating vessels wherein liquid balances out to the same level in all the vessels which are interconnected at the bottom an aeration device provided in the third vertical water pipe (6) enables water at the upper part of the third vertical water pipe (6) together with bubbles produced from aeration to overflow to the culture unit (1).
