The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating urinary incontinence and/or enuresis, which comprises at least 0.5 - 20 wt% of a mixture of flavonoids, 2 - 20 wt% of condensed tannins or proantocyanidins and 0.3 - 60 wt% of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), with respect to the total composition. Said composition additionally comprises at least 50% of a Humulus lupulus extract.
