The present invention relates to an agricultural product flipping apparatus and, more specifically, to an agricultural product flipping apparatus, wherein a drying tray, on which agricultural products such as hot peppers can be spread out to be dried, is provided at a predetermined height from the ground while being upwardly inclined on a movable bogie, wherein driving wheels moving along guide rails formed on both sides of a frame provided with the drying tray are configured to be rotated by a driving motor. Furthermore, a plurality of hook-shaped pins are evenly spaced apart from each other on the inside of guide plates provided at a predetermined height on both sides of an upward conveyor, wherein the upward conveyor rotates, thereby causing the pins to lift hot peppers being dried on the drying tray, and as the hot peppers vertically fall from the upward conveyor rotating in a direction opposite to the direction in which the movable bogie is moving, the hot peppers are completely flipped. Accordingly, the agricultural product flipping apparatus can dry the hot peppers stacked in a thick layer on the drying tray while conveniently and uniformly flipping the hot peppers.본 발명은 농작물 뒤집기 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 바닥으로부터 일정높이에 고추와 같은 농작물이 펼쳐져 건조되는 건조대가 구비되는 프레임의 양측 상부에 형성되는 가이드 레일을 따라 이동하는 구동바퀴가 구동모터에 의해 회전하도록 구비되는 이동대차 위에 상향경사진 형태로 구비되며 양측에 일정높이로 형성되는 가이드 판 내측에서 갈고리 형상의 핀이 일정간격 이격되어 다수개로 설치되는 상향컨베이어가 회전하여 상기 핀이 상기 건조대에서 건조되는 고추를 들어올리고 상기 이동대차가 이동하는 반대방향으로 회전하는 상향컨베이어에서 고추가 수직 낙하하여 고추를 완전히 뒤집어 줌으로써, 건조대에 두껍게 쌓인 고추를 쉽고 균일하게 뒤집어 건조할 수 있도록 하는 농작물 뒤집기 장치에 관한 것이다.
