The device has stand and support frames (2, 3) arranged on a chassis (1) i.e. crawler chassis, and including a stand platform (11) for an animal to be treated, where the stand and support frames and the chassis are connected with each other over a tilting mechanism. The tilting mechanism includes tilting cylinders (8, 8 ') and hydraulic operation. A lift cylinder is arranged between the stand and support frames, and supported on the support frame. The stand platform includes a rubber coating (11') and a surface section is formed as gratings (11'').
