The present invention relates to a system (apparatus) for removing an acetabular cup used in removing the acetabular cup inserted in acetabular, and more particularly, to a system for removing an acetabular cup capable of minimizing the loss of the acetabular cut by using fixing force between the acetabular and an insert through using the insert directly combined at the inner circumferential surface of the acetabular cup without a liner instead of a conventional ball type insert inserted and combined to the liner of the acetabular cup, wherein the insertion part of the end of a main shaft inserted into an insertion groove formed at the inside of the insert is hinge combined to the main shaft for moving the main shaft in a horizontal direction with a hinge as an axis with the insertion part being inserted in the insertion groove, and wherein the system comprises a cutting blade position control means for controlling the position of a cutting blade for cutting the acetabular along the outer circumferential surface of the acetabular cup, so as to move the position of the cutting blade in a vertical direction along the axial direction of the main shaft to coincide with the pivot of the acetabular positioned in the acetabular. The system additionally comprises a handle detachably combined to the main shaft for a user to easily control the rotation of the main shaft using the handle and the combination of the main shaft and the handle.본 발명은 비구골 내에 삽입결합된 비구컵을 제거하는데 사용되는 비구컵 제거시스템(제거장치)에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래와 같이 비구컵의 라이너에 삽입되어 결합하는 볼 형태의 삽입부 대신에, 라이너가 제거된 상태의 비구컵 내주면에 직접 결합고정되는 인서트를 사용함으로써 비구컵과 인서트 간의 고정력을 이용하여 절삭되는 비구골의 손실을 최소화할 수 있고, 인서트 내부에 형성되는 삽입홈 내에 삽입,안착되는 메인샤프트 말단의 삽입부가 메인샤프트와 힌지결합되어 상기 삽입부가 상기 삽입홈 내에 삽입,안착된 상태에서 메인샤프트는 힌지를 축으로 좌우로 움직일 수 있도록 형성되며, 비구컵의 외주면을 따라 비구골을 절삭하게 되는 컷팅날의 위치를 조절하는 컷팅날위치조절수단을 포함하여 컷팅날의 위치를 비구골 내에 위치하는 비구컵의 구심점에 맞도록 메인샤프트의 축방향을 따라 상하 이동시켜 고정시킬 수 있도록 하며, 메인샤프트에 탈착식으로 결합하는 핸들을 추가로 포함하여 사용자가 메인샤프트와 핸들 간의 결합 및 핸들을 이용한 메인샤프트의 회동을 용이하게 조절할 수 있도록 하는 비구컵
