- Fusion proteins comprising antigen presenting cell (APC) -binding domains or CD91 receptor-binding domains, translocation peptides, fusion antigens, endoplasmic reticulum retention sequences, and optionally nuclear excretion signals are described. Fusion antigens include porcine genital respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) ORF7 antigens, PRRSV ORF1b antigens, PRRSV ORF6 antigens, and PRRSV ORF5 antigens.
