PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device capable of continuously processing an object to be processed of a powder and granular material with an excellent yield, into a granule-shaped processing object excellent in moldability in a stable quality.SOLUTION: A continuous type agitation processing device is constituted of a cylindrical processing container 1 having a supply port 1a for supplying an object to be processed P1 to one end side in the axial direction and having a discharge port 1b for discharging a processing object P2 to the other end side in the axial direction, an agitator 2 inserted inside the processing container 1 and a scraper 3 provided inside the processing container 1 and relatively rotating to the processing container 1, as a main element. The object to be processed P1 in the processing container 1 wetted by addition of a binder liquid Q is dispersed by being agitated-mixed and cracked by an agitation blade of the rotating agitator 2 while moving to the other end side in the axial direction in the processing container 1 by the moving force to the other end side in the axial direction receiving from a scratching-off blade of the rotating scraper 3, and becomes the processing object P2 of a predetermined particle diameter and a particle form. In this case, the object to be processed P1 sticking to an inner peripheral part 1c of the processing container 1 is returned to an object to be processed layer of the processing container 1 by being scratched off by the scratching-off blade of the scraper 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
