PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover covering an earplug from the hygienic viewpoint, while quickly guiding the earplug in an external acoustic meatus and also preventing it from coming off.SOLUTION: A conical hollow cavity is formed from a surface in contact with air toward a steeple portion of the earplug as an outer skin of the earplug when inserting the earplug made of a low repulsive material into an ear. Further, shape-memory conical bone-shaped core rod composed of several sticks and formed to expand and contract in the width dimensions of the hollow cavity, and is fixed along the inside of conical-shaped hollow cavity in the outer skin of the earplug.
