The present invention relates to vesicles derived from Bacillus bacteria and uses thereof. Compared to normal humans, the present inventors added the small sample to a sample of cancer patients such as liver cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer, inflammatory diseases such as asthma and atopic dermatitis, or metabolic diseases such as diabetes and cirrhosis. The vesicles were significantly reduced, and it was confirmed that the vesicles suppressed the secretion of inflammatory mediators by pathogenic vesicles such as E. coli-derived vesicles, which are causative factors of inflammatory diseases, diabetes and the like. The Bacillus-derived vesicle according to the present invention is useful for the purpose of developing a diagnostic method for cancer, inflammatory diseases, and metabolic diseases, and a composition for prevention or treatment.
