A system and a method for treating a vein. The system is a curable composition with a mixture of N-butal Cyanoacrylate and/or 2-Octyl Cyanoacrylate with a photo initiator and the method provides steps of introducing the mixture into a patient to decrease the patients procedure time and increase the bond strength between a veins endothelial linings.
