A process for producing a denture using a denture flask is disclosed. In a first step, a modified denture flask is produced utilising one or more digital techniques. The flask has a hollow section with a shape and size corresponding to both the denture base and the teeth of the denture. In a second step, the teeth are placed within the hollow section of the flask, and in a third step the denture is formed. The denture flask may comprise upper and lower portions. The denture may be digitally designed using design software, using data obtained by impressions, three-dimensional laser scanning or optical scanning. The teeth are digitally positioned relative to a digital model of the jaw and the denture base is digitally designed to fit the digital model of the jaw and teeth. The flask can be produced using three-dimensional printing, cutting or milling technology, stereolithography, selective laser melting or sintering, or fused deposition modelling.
