PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for adsorbing volatile organic compound(VOC) containing a mosoporous material is provided to remove adsorption of volatile organic compound and to reduce skin inflammation expression factor. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for adsorbing volatile organic compound contains mesoporous polymer a, activated charcoal, diatomite, or zeolite as an active ingredient. The mesoporous polymer is a methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile copolymer. A method for preparing the mesoporous polymer comprises: a step of mixing metyl metacrylate-acrylonitril/ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(cross-linking agent) in a weight ratio of 18:42:40； a step of stirring after adding 1 weight% of 2,2-azobis(2,4-dimethyl valeronitrile) at room temperature to dissolve completely； a step of adding water solution in which 1% of polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved； a step of enhancing reaction temperature at 70°；C for 10 hours； and a step of filtering and colleting.본 발명은 다공성 물질(Mesoporous)을 함유하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다공성 고분자 복합구, 활성탄(Activated Carbon, 숯과 야자활성탄 포함), 규조토(Diatomite) 및 제올라이트(Zeolite)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 함유하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 의한 화장료 조성물은 휘발성 유기화합물로 인해 발생하는 세포 독성으로부터 피부를 보호해준다.
