The present invention relates to an automatic apparatus for implanting seaweed and an implanting method using the same for an increased work efficiency resulting from mass production. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the automatic apparatus for implanting seaweed which is installed to implant a weft into a longline and includes: a longline supplying part which supplies a longline； a stapler unit which implants the weft into the longline supplied by the longline supplying part； and a longline transferring part which transfers the longline in which the weft is implanted by the stapler unit.본 발명은 대량 생산에 따른 작업 효율 향상을 위한 해조류 자동 이식장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 연승줄에 씨줄을 이식할 수 있도록 설치되는 해조류 자동 이식장치에 있어서, 해조류 자동 이식장치는, 연승줄을 공급하기 위한 연승줄 공급부와, 연승줄 공급부로부터 공급되는 연승줄에 씨줄을 이식하기 위한 스테이플러 유닛 및 스테이플러 유닛에 의해 씨줄이 이식된 연승줄을 이동시키기 위한 연승줄 이동부를 포함하는 해조류 자동 이식장치를 제공할 수 있다.
