PURPOSE: A cultivation system for medicinal peanut sprouts containing the abundant amount of nutrients is provided to economically mass-produce the medicinal peanut sprouts. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation system for medicinal peanut sprouts comprises the following: a nutrition solution supplied into a supply pipe(4) through a pump； a nozzle(5) attached to the supply pipe for spraying the nutrition solution to sprout cultivation containers(10, 10`, 10``) located on upper and lower layers of a cultivating unit(6)； a urethane heat insulator filling the inside of the sprout cultivation containers； drain holes and seed mounting stands located inside the sprout cultivation containers； a pre-heater(17) located on the upper side of the cultivation unit for maintaining the internal temperature at 25 deg C； a water storage unit(7) for firstly collecting the nutrition solution under each layer of the cultivating unit； a purifying water tank connected to the water storage unit； and a lighting(9) for supplying light to the sprouts.정수와 이온수, 한방균사체와 맥반석 파우더를 섞은 영양수를 각각 담은 물탱크를 구비하여 모터와 여과기를 거쳐 공급관을 통해 맥반석과 게르마늄이 포함된 새싹 재배통으로 공급하도록 하였으며 공급된 영양수는 배출관을 통해 저장탱크에 모여 다시 정수기를 통해 새싹 재배통을 공급하도록 한 것으로 많은 양의 피넛 약용 새싹채소를 생산하더라도 시설 장치비가 저렴하고 구동이 간편하며 생산에 따른 소모비용이 적어 생산원가가 절감 된고 구동시 소음이 적을 뿐 아니라 대량생산이 가능함은 물론 영양수를 공급함으로써 양질의 피넛 약용 새싹채소를 재배하여 제공할 수 있고, 영양소가 풍부한 피넛 약용 새싹채소를 제공할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.
