Combretastatins analog compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are presented, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising the combretastatin analog compounds and uses of the combretastatin analog compounds, either alone or in combination with at least one additional therapeutic agent, in the treatment of cancer, and in particular cancer presenting as metastatic tumors.Linvention concerne des composés analogues de combrétastatines et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les composés analogues de combrétastatine et des utilisations de composés analogues de combrétastatine, seuls ou en combinaison avec au moins un autre agent thérapeutique, dans le traitement du cancer, et en particulier dun cancer se manifestant sous forme de tumeurs métastasiques.
