The present invention relates to: a composition for identifying wild cultivated ginseng including panaxydol or panaxytriol as an active ingredient an identification method of wild cultivated ginseng using the same and a ginseng pharmacopuncture on which applied are wild cultivated ginseng identified by the identification method of wild cultivated ginseng, and the extract of the wild cultivated ginseng. The identification method of wild cultivated ginseng comprises: a step (a) of extracting metabolites from a sample a step (b) of measuring the level of panaxydol or panaxytriol from the metabolites extracted in the step (a) and a step (c) of identifying, as wild cultivated ginseng, a sample whose level extracted in the step (c) is greater than or equal to a threshold value.
