The present invention relates to a lamp shade for capturing insects and, more specifically, to a lamp shade capable of capturing insects. The lamp shade of the present invention does not cause the problem where insects gather around a lamp being used, thus causing inconveniences in daily life； eliminates insects in an environmentally friendly way without causing any harm to a human body； and may be used not only for eliminating insects but also for other purposes. The lamp shade comprises a lamp serving as a lamp, a transparent plastic cover having at least one opening and covering the outer surface of the lamp, and an insect luring part consisting of plastic, vinyl, etc., and coupled to the opening of the cover to form an insect luring path. The present invention allows a user to eliminate insects while using the lamp, and can eliminate the insects in an environmentally friendly way that is harmless to a human body.
