The task of the invention is to shorten the cultivation time for grifola bacteria. Provided is a mutualistic symbiosis method for grifola bacteria and armillaria. The method comprises the following steps: armillaria is inoculated in bacteria bed containing lumber-crushed materials from broad-leafed trees; and after the armillaria forms rhizomorphs, grifola bacteria is inoculated in the upper portion of the formation portion of the rhizomorphs, and the upper portion of the grifola bacteria is covered by the lumber-crushed materials from the broad-leafed trees to carry out cultivation. The cultivation method for the grifola bacteria is also provided. In the cultivation method, the grifola bacteria and the armillaria which are in mutualistic symbiosis through the mutualistic symbiosis method is attached to broad-leafed trees, and is buried in the soil together with the broad-leafed trees to realize cultivation.
