PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatilizer with which a medical solution can be volatilized stably even in a latter stage of use.SOLUTION: Provided is a volatilizer which includes: a container having an opening part a volatile liquid housed in the container a rattan processed into a rod-like shape for absorbing and volatilizing the volatile liquid. The ratten processed to the rod-like shape is inserted from the opening part of the container such that at least a part thereof is exposed to outside of the container from the opening part.
